At the bare minimum the crosswalk sign needs moved somewhere in the direction people are looking. Both the slip lane drivers and cyclists are looking left. Not up at the NTOR or right at the 2nd crosswalk sign hidden behind the MassAve sign

Terribly designed intersection, and an accident waiting to happen. The light is green, but if cyclists go off the first cross light instead of the second one across the street it shoots them into a green light.
