5) the people, as a whole, receive the best decision possible. This is what Jesus did in concert with His Father’s Word. He showed us how to make Godly decisions that help us become the very best version of ourselves. This HTT leadership creates a loving, serving, and kind society!

4) If they make a mistake, they take responsibility and accountability and seek forgiveness to do better the next time. Nothing is decided that can’t be shared with their people. Nothing is hidden from the people. All laws and values of the constitution are clearly met and used as a guide

3) They take the time to look at the situation from all different angles. They listen to their advisors to ensure they haven’t missed anything. They do all this and ensure they put all of their peoples interests before their interests. Then, they make a decision.

2) There is never a reason to call another person a name. Their word is like gold and can be trusted. Trustworthy leaders don’t need to be “factchecked” because they withstand “factchecking.” In other words, trust is built, developed, and nurtured. They diligently do their factual research.

Five part MSG: 1) The very best leaders are honorable, trustworthy, and transparent (HTT). Honorable leaders serve their people first. They have no selfish motivations. They realize by serving others, they will be served! They realize that to be first, they should be last.
