I think my “special reading program” was an ADHD diagnosis, meds, and a small class with a phonics expert. But I was 7 years old then so I don’t remember. 🫠 ADHD was spot on though.

Newest mushroom nightlight/jar turned out so good!!! Layers and sparkles and plenty of transparent windows for light to shine through. The green isn’t so yellow as it looks here either, more of a nice light jade.

I love making ornaments right now and it’s been keeping me in design mode, but also I wish I could crochet for longer periods and get a lot more made. My husband just suggested bringing a 3-4 foot tall Christmas tree to display them, but I would need to make like 60 more. So much to do 🧶

I’m so excited for you! Business cards or a cheap sign with info are really helpful! Only half the vendors had cards at my last market. I tried something new, this QR code sign, it only took like 10 mins to make in Canva. I had about 25 people visit the link.

I’m having fun working on some cute little holiday shelf decor animals. Baby seal in a Santa hat is my favorite so far, but crocheting the hat is really hard on my wrist so I probably won’t make too many. 🦭

Everyone cross your fingers and toes! I just finished pouring resin to test some new molds and I don’t want to discover any issues tomorrow. I want to pop those cuties out of their molds tomorrow without any problems to solve. Not a single disappointment would really make my day.

Crochet ornaments design update! This morning’s first draft on the left and this afternoon’s round 2 on the right! I like my edges better and I think it will block up nicely. I love it when I’m in design mode and I actually remember to take notes. 🧶

I’m working on stuff. Holiday gummy teddy bears with matching Santa hats!?! I have a handful of these from last summer and I’m trying to turn them into holiday decor. I’ll have to glue the hat on. Also they will each get a little jingle bell necklace. Should I keep going? Also more stars! ✨

After trying out a few things I think @threadleafcrochet.bsky.social ‘s idea is working out the best! Thank you! I don’t know many beading techniques and this simple change allows me to keep using matching yarn as a hanger and it looks really nice 🥰

This is the map! It’s honestly the best corn maze ever AND they have an app to scan the DNA and if you get all of them there’s a prize. The app plays music and it makes editable Dino cards for the DNA that you do find.

I just got home from being lost in a dinosaur corn maze for the last few hours. They did a really good job this year. 11 of us showed up and we managed to find 4 or 5 of the Dino DNA check points out of 10. Corn mazes are so fun!

Well, I just ran into an issue with my star ornaments. The knot in the yarn at the top isn’t really big enough to not lose the beads. Also the shooting star tassel idea is not there yet cause again the bead fell off cause I didn’t really think about how to do that one. Brainstorming continues 🧶
