You'd be able to pretty cleanly stream at a high res. I'd recommend trying either 1080p @ 30, or 720p @ 60 initially and see if you can maybe bump it.
With 18 up you'd be able to go 6k Mbps upload speed pretty comfortably I think

I don't have innate issues as such, but I've always found my ears get sore from headphones after a long period of time, but any of the mid-high range ($200-400 range) Sennheiser never cause me issues. I can wear them for full 10+ hour days when working on music with no issues whatsoever
