I have long thought that a particular government czar that would be worthwhile would be a Stitch In Time Czar. Identify instances of false economy and be ahead of the curve. Has to be a win - win.

Infact two thirds of voters chose other parties and Labour attracted just one in three voters. They have the power of office but not the moral authority. Beware hubris.
