Service members are and sometimes retired service members can be prosecuted IAW the UCMJ. The difference in Walt and Hegseth crimes is there is no independent authority that wants to investigate and/or hold them accountable. Bondi said there’s nothing to see here, and POTUS will never do it.

Waltz is one stupid POS. How did he serve as an 18 series on active duty?? Probably got discharged for being inept or lacking integrity and honor.
