Social Security is over folks. By this time next month all payments will be halted and we’ll be forced to schedule in person appointments which will be difficult for 70 million elderly people to do anytime soon. Reduced staffing will make that impossible.

I was never a big David Brooks fan so this really caught me off guard. I always saw him as an apologist for the Republicans and some of their worst policies, but there’s obviously more to him than that. Check this out if you have lots of spare time on your hands.
