COVID can cause heart damage, even if symptoms are mild or none.

Avoiding exercise during this phase is critical for this reason. Re-introduce it slowly and gradually.

In Hong Kong there was a huge lesson from the Amoy Gardens but people seemed to be blind about infectious aerosols after that.
