It looks like a variant of a grey Goshawk to me, maybe a variable one? But it’s got the same build, beak, face, and feet coloration.

Unironically when I was at my worst, my reason for trying to get better was literally so I could know what recovering from severe depression felt like, so I could write one of my OCs a realistic happy ending.
