All of these healthcare workers, they're the same as the people we pay to deny your claims, and they all work for us! Being mad at yhe AI that denies your claim is the same as being mad at that nurse who took your temperature!
The people of UnitedHealth Group are nurses, doctors, patient and client advocates, technologists and more. They all come to work each day to provide critical health services for millions of Americans in need.

Why are you all being so mean about this company, which I now lead? No one who uses institutional violence should ever have to fear for their lives. We reserve that treatment for poor people.
