Watched a Limousin calf being born in the field next to our house on Friday. It was a lovely sight. Worryingly the calf didn’t get up for 45 mins but eventually made it with the help of the farmer. Mother and calf are doing well.

Our bees are alive, well and very active today (14 Feb). Let’s hope they survive the next month or so.
