You too! 7lbs is a lot in a month especially in the 15s. Highly recommend getting some healthy fats in if you don’t already. It made a big difference for me and my overall health even when I kept cals the same. (Ik you didn’t ask but wanted to share just in case it helped 🙃)

Your thighs are noticeably thinner imo - by a lot. Everything is (arms, waist, calves) but it most of the loss looks to be in your thighs. Also more definition in your hip bones and more muscle definition 🙂
