Who was NHLT? Variants of this modern bookplate (often with the initials more prominently featured) appear throughout auction and dealer records, but no one identifies the collector. 20th century, probably British . . . someone out there knows.

Auroura is at work on her own book of botanical illustration: “I didn’t consider myself a collector until I heard about the contest and thought, ‘that’s me, I want to participate!’ Finding a community with shared interest in books has been a surprising and delightful experience.”
