His baby was the one of the only things Goro had left him so he was really scared throughout the last fights in the infiltration. He tries to put on his usual Joker facade but Goro can see right through him but Ren was good at deflecting!! 😔

Like Akira and Goro has been through a lot here. Akira's too self-sacrificial for his own good and Goro sees his mother in him with how he acts and it scares him. GOD.
