All of this is to say, in a single day I experienced a multitude of ways in which we are failing ourselves kneecapping our economy and small business, our families, ohr children, our future and our most vulnerable. It’s frankly overwhelming. 10/10

Everyone is suffering. My industry is dependent on international tourism and guess where the fuck people don’t want to go? Here. Which is completely understandable they don’t want to be Hyundai’d . So less income, less taxes payed, less benefits to employees, less disposable income and less growth.

Our economy shrinking in my day to day life. Can you? All of the price increases are suffocating our ability to create jobs. Growth and the future seems like they’ve been tabled until next fiscal year, at best. Wtf are we doing? This is not what a strong middle class and economy look like. 9/?

It looks like I’ll have to table health insurance until next fiscal year in favor of keeping the team on salary. I’ve offered bonuses to cover part time employees that won’t receive snap. They are forced to part time work as schools don’t have funding for SPED programs. I can personally feel 8/?
