Really delightful watching the hummingbirds fight over the flowers in the garden. Makes me glad to have chosen flowers that are not only nice for me, but nourishing for wildlife too.

City of Vaughan City Hall was buzzing with people this evening enjoying energy wise & environmental displays, and partaking in the Earth Hour Lanturn walk.

Had a fun time at the Maritime Kitchen Party featuring "The Flailing Shilaleighs" (featuring "down east" music) at the Trisan Centre in Schomberg. Big thank- you to all the volunteers and King Township for making it all possible. Enjoyed making my very own ugly stick.

Celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary (39th together) at our favourite restaurant, Grazie Vaughan.

It's International Women's Day Today! Let's celebrate all the women that have been important in our lives, especially our Mum's, and all those women working hard to build better communitues and Country.

What an honour to be receiving the King Charles lll Coronation Medal for my environmental stewardship. Thanks to Earth Rangers for all their work inspiring the next generation of env. leaders & for nominating me. It was a pleasure meeting the LGOntario, Edith Dumont & all the other recipients.
