I hate grinding in games, it's not fun, that's like the main reason why I can't get into Final Fantasy.
That being said...I think I grinded a bit too much while playing Persona 3 FES. I'm still 10 days away from Nyx and I'm level 88, I'll def reach it being 90. Daym.

I get you, just discovered last year on an exam trying to find why I became unable to sing like before (and have less air) despite my lungs working well.
If it's affordable/doable in your country, try seeing an ORL. Doesn't matter if your reason to be there is vague as "nose not noseing properly" ↓
