While the article alludes to this, I think the only real point is to go public with SpaceX and take advantage of its value. Not sure if there is a significant cost difference vs. IPO. This could possibly hide future weakness in valuation of xAI or Tesla.

One thing they could hammer home more is that if he is denying these allegations, despite evidence, then there’s reason to believe he’s being dishonest, which is a fundamental rule for the bar, regardless of whether it’s perjury

Definitely worst part of the experience. And yes, Delta is getting paid by record labels to play these, because why else would they play them.

There also isn’t any choice for the voters on this ballot because judges are chosen by party mechanics anyway, a separate quirk of NY politics

I’m sure Tim has read that article, and his tweet is refuting that article too. Many have called out that article as tactless (blames trans people the day they lost) and ignore that they were up against a wall—the cases were losers, but the choice was argue for trans rights or cede them.

If Citizens United still stands, then a disjointed “elite” response that allows popular politicians to be elected might be a good thing!

3. They hadn't heard that after Cuomo left his governorship he'd joined the team defending Netanyahu against war crime allegations at the ICC.
I know the media portrays caring about Gaza as a "woke" youth issue but my parents bring it up everytime I see them (which is a lot) & they call it genocide
