Calling all you #naturistwalkers out there! Does anyone know of a good set of guidelines for people new to nude #hiking - how to react to clothed walkers/when to cover up and how etc.? I need something for the guys coming to Naked Men Walking, and don't want to re-invent the wheel unnecessarily!

Plans for our naturist walking event for next year are now firmed up - it will be based near Carlisle in the third week of May. I will be contacting everyone who has already expressed interest with full details shortly - if anyone else would like to know more, please DM me with an email address.

Britain's Weekend of Hope is coming up this weekend; a low key initiative in local communities to counteract the atmosphere of division, suspicion & despair propagated by so many voices at this time.
And on Monday, I will be joining the first local Prayers for Peace gathering here in Wigtown.

I'll freely admit that, like a lot of people, I struggle at times with depressive thoughts. When you're feeling down, what 3 things do you find help pick you up and re-motivate you?
For me it would be
* fresh air & exercise in natural surroundings
* interaction with other humans
* uplifting music

I spend lot of time on social media.
But I'm not 'doomscrolling' - I'm looking out for signs of positivity, hope and encouragement to lift my spirits and pass on to others in a celebration of life which defies the troubling times.
Apparently this is called 'gleefreshing' or 'hopescrolling'.
