This past weekend, HBA hosted another amazing nature retreat in Piseco, NY. Veterans enjoyed a mix of peer-to-peer support and nature therapy, taking part in activities like snowshoeing, forest bathing, team-building peer-to-peer activities and games, and sound immersion therapy. 🌿
