I always loved the whimsy of spells in cinema where everything you need and are expected to do is IN the incantation/spell instead of it reading like a recipe book. You're hanging on every word as they read it aloud seeking the answers. I try to encapsulate that for fun wherever I can.

He's holding a torc! It's an ancient necklace-type thing found commonly among the Celts, Scythians, Thracians, and others. The major depictions of Cernunnos depict him with one. The Dying Gaul is also a good example of a torc.

They know. The point is misinformation. It shocked me to learn how MANY of them actually know the truth, but give pedestal to the lies for the sake of getting their way. And that hurts more honestly, especially when its your own family.
