My meal for clinching the playoffs yester was smoked spatchcock chicken, garlic mash potato's & carrots in a butter sauce all finished with my classic demi glace sauce. Tjis picture was taken during the slow grill process because you cannot rush great food.

Raise your hands if you want Rogers Sportsnet to agree to a streaming deal to broadcast Buffalo Bisons games - I used to live in Fort Erie & would go regularly but now not so much but i'd to see how the kids are looking +on days with no Jays games i still get my fix. @bluejays.com make it happen.

Raise your hands if you want Rogers Sportsnet to agree to a streaming deal to broadcast Buffalo Bisons games - I used to live in Fort Erie & would go regularly but now not so much but i'd to see how the kids are looking +on days with no Jays games i still get my fix. @bluejays.com make it happen.
