Sliced and scraped a vanilla bean into the keg and it'll sit for a week before bottling for the local homebrew shop advent calendar, but sniffing my fingers while sipping was a delight, so I think I made the right call!

But to your actual question, I don't adjust sugar amounts for most fruits because there's not enough sugar in them to massively impact your numbers.
The exception to this is using juice instead of water, or grapes. For those I take measurements of their sugar and then add honey to target OG.

My biggest advice is to start this at least a month ago.
Unless you're going for a low gravity, 8%er with a beer yeast (thinking saison for extra fruity and spice flavors) it's not going to be ready in 2 weeks. Christmas, maybe, but not Thanksgiving.

* There's nothing technically different about the Pratchett Footnote. It's tangential information you don't need and can completely skip. How he applied it was different. It could be a funny one liner, it could take up more of the page than the other text, and it's immediately recognizable as his.

Had a pork chop sandwich with tomato basil white cheddar. Definitely tasted better than feeling cold.
