I think you're looking for something like S&Box, I really advise to stay away from Roblox at it's current stage, it's mostly profit-driven

At this stage, I would only recommend to play the game and not develop in it. If you wanna spend money on roblox in-game items, it's better to check if the developers have a patreon or a more direct way to support them.

Honestly, Roblox is a good platform to upload game or to learn how to make games.
My biggest gripe is how it takes so much money from the gamedevs there (70%)
