Try washing it with a tiny bit of soap and water before first use (and allowing it to fully dry before playing), they sometimes seem to have a slippery film when new (best guess around our club is a mold release agent?)

"meetups"in various cities, or virtual town halls/q&a sessions (which might be edited {with a tonne of work} into bonus episodes of the podcast), AMA episodes may help sate some of the demand...

I started an offline gratitude journal, in part because of the More Dakka post thezvi.substack.com/p/more-dakka and plan to keep that up in '25
I work best between ~12-4am but then still have to function in a daywalker society, and have no idea how to fix that. That's not really a resolution.

I have a huge to-do list just of side project stuff to do while I have time off from the day job, but only like 3 more days to do it all, so I'm either going to have to learn to be better about getting side projects done on weekends or push stuff (SSL!) for another year.

I have spent a stupidly large amount of time on the break from work closing hundreds of open tabs and admitting that I am probably never going to write that other book (or all the others) and bookmarks exist, but did remember to finish setting up BlueSky, so there's that. I have it down to <30 now!
