working part time, i notice i eat less, work out more, get more fulfillment out of my day to day. i just have anxiety of not being able to retire, and miss the privilege of doing whatever and spending whatever on my days off.

okay but fr!!! i burned out hard this time last year and now i have the energy to give back to work and life in general, its been going good.

still devastated about my ipad data loss, but i think i'll be getting back around to it this holiday.

although the screen size increase is nice, it's definitely less ergonomic. i have large hands and it cramps my thumbs too, i use it almost exclusively in tabletop mode to circumvent that.

tattoo designs, fanart, illustrations, and animations from the last 5 years are just... gone. feels weird and lowkey it's really hard to be motivated to create right now. but lesson learned :/

the AI image filter also works pretty well too if you haven't gotten the chance to try that out yet! it's definitely saving me time scrolling a full page down that i usually have to do on Google nowadays
