Isn't that just "ctrl+shift+up / down" (or the swap_line_up / swap_line_down commands)?

IIrc there's are also commands to set a marked line and swap the current line with it. Basically, set_mark & swap_with_mark.

It's so useful, I need it in every editor I try :P

Pretty cool! When debugging, I have to load assets twice (images, sounds etc.). Once to pre-process & another to load/use at runtime. With shm I could load data once (maybe reload changes as well?) and then use the processed output directly, but that seems kinda sketchy.

I'm juggling around 3 game ideas, all of which work well alongside the engine. As for updating the tools I'm using, that's an ongoing process. I've built the vertical slice of the engine, and as I develop the game, I'll fix any bugs that arise and add features I've missed (nothing major).

I've used many engines and frameworks over the years, and I've always had issues with them. Don't get me wrong, they're great, but it's not the way I think/write software. I'm also not making anything “big,” so going custom is a reasonable choice. It's also fun, and owning your code is a big plus.

I'd love to share my tools, but there's still lots to be done. I'm planning on releasing a small game with this, for the end of Q1 next year. After that, if the kinks are ironed out, I'll share the library as well. I want this to be something anyone can use :)

My start was rocky, third "official" itteration now, but I've got a solid plan. So I'd say 90%. I'm keeping scopes small and aiming for a quick release. Just need to put in my all.
