The Gundam 00 movie is so interesting. It's not as straight forward as the main series so I can understand why some people wouldn't dig it, but the fact it's a headscratcher is good to me. It tackles the same themes the show sets up, but in a way that's hard to understand and that's very fitting.

After beating Z-A last night it's like the game said "Fine..... I guess you can start finding shiny Pokemon in the wild again....". My first non free shiny was the Venipede and then the Fletchling was on a light post outside of a Zone. Got them within a half hr of each other haha

And that's day 1! Here's my team so far. Can't say for sure how long Heracross and the shiny Mareep will be on the team, but I'm really vibing with the group so far. Pokemon Legends Z-A is very fun to play and I'm not even that deep into the story I don't think lol

I know a lot of other people are already playing Pokémon Legends Z-A, but my usual plan is to wait for the morning of release because I'm not making an AUS account and I want to buy physical when possible. Anyway I'm excited to start my journey tomorrow!

My prob with the Mega Kalos starters is less that they're tied to the Z-A Battle Club and more so that they're given out at staggered times. Like I fully understand them wanting to incentivize us playing the mode, but I kinda wish we could decide when we get them all as opposed to the seasons.....

Mark my words one of the conflicts in Pokémon Legends Z-A will be the people feeling displaced by the wild zones. I bet you see a lot of characters being mad that they can't go to their favorite parks or coffee shops anymore because Pokémon are there. Maybe they even get kicked out of their homes?

The more time passes the more I don't think Delphox's core design is the problem. It's definitely too flat in shape, but I think it's problem is more so how it's posed and what kind of actions it's given. It's lacking just a hair bit of oomph and depth. Which is why Mega Delphox feels so much better

I often think back to the Pokémon Masters 8 tournament. I think one of the most fun aspects of it was the fact that all the competitors knew Ash. They're all famous, but at the center is Ash who's just been bebopping around the world making friends with people. It's very cool.
