The game's art style reminds looks a lot like afqm, except like not as pixelated. It's funny because they're both 2d platform fighters released like, three months away from eachother

why did bluesky make the background non-transparent

Internally it works because the blueprint hooks onto all the events of the copied card. More details on the technical bits of the card system soon! The full game will have support for modding in word cards using the same system. There is also some modding support rn (can change the deck, etc).

GIBBERISH has a comical amount of combos in the game already, including RULER, CAMPFIRE, AND TIMER. I haven’t even made many cards yet. It completely breaks the mechanics of the game lol
