I’m going with 1st Winter LBB Gull, mainly due to head shaping/eye to beak

So, the speckled ‘hood’ and pale eye with red eye orbit ? 🤔

I’m intrigued by this, as I would have said it was LBB Gull; what makes Yellow legged Gull ?
