Eldest niece requested a vintage themed cupcake table for her birthday party. There may be frosting on my ceiling, flour in the carpet and I'll definitely be picking sprinkles off the floor for a month, but I'm pretty pleased with the results.

I've always seen more traction on my books through Kindle Unlimited rather than actual book sales and I've never wanted a specific number of sales, but 2000 is over there just poking its fishnet-stocking clad leg through the plush velvet curtain. The flirty tease. tinyurl.com/6hrjuapd

A productive day meeting with the lovely folks at NERDY to talk about Spotlight Indie, followed by our traditional visit to the cat cafe, where I paid to have a cat that wasn't mine fall asleep on me so I couldn't drink my coffee.

We're all mad here! Spotlight Indie were at The Queen of Hearts Ball by Spellbound Productions last night in Shrewsbury. We had a fab time talking to people about the indie community, giving out some free books and making friends with Buttercup the leopard gecko.
