It takes me 12 minutes to drive to my office in rush hour and an hour by transit IF the connecting bus is on time. I do it because being a one car family is important to us but losing 2 hours a day is a tough sell for many. Ottawa was built for cars. Dismantling that reality needs complex thinking.

Which may not even be fully accurate. X wouldn’t deactivate my account when I tried so I just abandoned it. Haven’t used it in years but am likely still following the city there. I was disappointed to see my councillor vote against it despite voicing my concerns to him as a constituent.
