Please share the calendar with legal friends far and wide – the more people who enter, the more adorable pets you will get to share 2026 with!

Don’t fancy the stress of the vote, but still keen for your beloved law pet to feature? Send your pictures in anyway and just write the words “Opt Out”. Your pets will feature alongside all the other non-winners (still no losers here, honest).

Think: Cats sleeping in the scales of justice. Dogs in the dock. Mice in tiny custom-built court rooms. Or just stick a law book near your hamster’s dinner. Seasonal photos are welcome, and will be allocated to a suitable month.

The 12 winners will be the face of each month. Non-winners (no losers at Law Paw) WILL feature somewhere in the calendar. No fluffy/scaley/insert-feature-here creature will be left out.

To help jog your memory, you can sign up to our reminder emails (www.lawpawcalendar.com), which will link you to each day’s vote. And don’t worry – pictures will still be posted on social media, so your feed will still be adorable.

Of course, entries will be judged by a jury of your peers – BUT! NEW FOR THIS YEAR: voting will move onto our website (www.lawpawcalendar.com).

We know not everyone has access to the same social media sites, and we want to ensure equal access to the legal-themed cuteness.

We’re looking for pictures with a legal theme, so grab your legal props (be they law books, wigs, or a meticulously hand-made scale-model of a court room), and get snapping pictures of your lovely law pets.

As usual, we are looking for pets across the legal spectrum, so law students/teachers/bloggers/barristers/solicitors/judges/clerks – anyone with a legal link is welcome! Your pet doesn’t even need to have paws.
