I had my 2nd baby six months ago any I wanted to test a baby-led ethos around not timing naps, not putting my son into a routine and just going with his flow. It's all based on Dr Pamela Douglas' life's work. It worked really well so I wrote what worked here: open.substack.com/pub/hollyriv...

I like how everyone is now realising that the 40 Hour Famine for adolescents was probably not the smartest idea. I did no computer because I get migraines if I don't eat enough. And I figured the same proceeds would go to World Vision regardless. Anyone else remember this? #newzealand
