I had to get photos taken for a thing today and this is the first time in ages I haven’t hated a picture of myself that somebody else took, so naturally it must be shared

I just heard about the things that Scottish academic Michael Scanlan has been doing and I am disgusted. I followed him on Twitter and here, and had no idea this was going on.

I sent him a BlueSky invite code as he’d asked on Twitter for one. That is the only time we spoke via DM.
