Stephen Miller looks like a q-tip, but has the constitution of wet toilet paper.

I Venmo’d him directly when I saw your original post about the live stream.

Your podcast is a great reminder we’re still in good company in the medical & scientific fields. For all the physician turned shithead grifters, like McCullough, Means, Attia, Hyman, etc, that make me yearn for a nice coma, there are far more of us that haven’t lost the plot.

These rant episodes are so cathartic, and also a good reminder to take my blood pressure medication.

I involuntarily dry heaved when I heard the words “integrative medicine” fly out her mouth.

This is my favorite episode to date. Something very cathartic about listening to strangers in medicine/medicine adjacent fields complain about stupid people & policies. also watched the first episode of The Pitt & was not ready for the jump scare at the end. Unrecognized trauma is a thing I guess.

The way you butchered “Muskegon” in a way only someone with a $180k+ education, who can say choledocholithiasis 5 times in rapid succession uncaffeinated, nearly had me do a spit take on my keyboard.

My eye starts to twitch when I hear “I’ve done my own research”. If you haven’t cried in front of an IRB, what you have done, if we’re being generous, is a literature search. But let’s be so for real, what people are doing is a google search, and as the youths would say, it’s giving misinformation.

This was gloomy, but that’s the reality of the hellscape we’re currently living in. However, it was enjoyable? entertaining? It was a good use of my time, and I’m glad I listened.

How serendipitous, I had my first patient ask me about a parasite cleans seen on socials this week. I am fortunate enough to be a PCP in a B2B setting, I get more time than most to dispel these grifts, but it’s exhausting to constantly combat the pseudoscience. Great episode, loved your guests.
