Oh, that’s so lovely! 💛 Dogs are excellent therapy. This is my bear—she’s half chill (indoors) and half crazed (outside with new people to meet) but very thoroughly funny and sweet! I am often in need of someone soft and fluffy to cuddle these days, so she is essential!

On Christmas morning, the family of three gathered before the small Christmas tree bedecked with Grissom family decorations. The Nutcracker, Ella Fitzgerald & Louis Armstrong, Bing Crosby, Dolly Parton & Kenny Rogers, Nana Mouskouri, Sarah McLachlan, James Taylor, and others took their turns playing from the speakers aboard the Ishmael. Sara and Grissom drank eggnog and nibbled on chewy ginger molasses cookies; Hank stuck with the classic selection of water and gingerbread-flavored dog treats.
