Water! It’s amazing how changing caloric drinks out for water makes such a difference. I have to drink a lot of liquid to help with my POTS - sometimes I feel like I’m going to slosh away! But it really does help with digestion, lowering calories eaten, and filling you up.

Eh no prob. Maybe I’ll match back anyway and demand they start making it non-dairy and gluten free! 🤣🤣🤣

I’m so proud of you! That involves a life-changing mindset. Taking it off is one thing, but keeping it off is even more difficult. Bravo! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Wuuuuuuut?!?! I’ve never seen the honeycomb non-dairy! The one above, yes, and a few with gluten. But not the honeycomb. All right, I’m marching back to that store in the mall to demand they bring some in!

Thank you, my dear friend, and thanks for the shoutout! I have had a surreal few days. When I don’t drink at least 90oz of liquid a day, I have issues (because of my POTS). The last few days I fell behind and ended up very dizzy. So now I’m being restful, catching up, and being good to myself. 💖

Wow, that’s incredible! Good on you for losing all that weight! Amazing!

I eat right and exercise but I still have to take a statin because though my good cholesterol is great, my bad is not so much. It runs in the fam. My dad had a stent put in at around my age. I’d like to avoid that.

I think you’re right. I need to stop reading so much news all the time because it makes me crazy. The #BreakfastCrew is so happy and a better space for me to be.

And yes, a bunch of the flowers have yet to bloom! I’ll send you photos when they open. I’m excited to see what they look like! 💖

I love this so much. You are awesome. 💖

Nah, I’m just glad I figured out that that plus gluten were the issues. The days before that were pretty awful. But now I’m having fun finding things like this ice cream that fit my needs and that I can share with the world. It’s like a treasure hunt! 😆

WOOT!!!!!!

My husband keeps laughing when he sees articles about how fat free or low fat whatever tastes so different from the real stuff. Of course it does! But that’s why you eat the fatty stuff as a small treat now and then, not all the time every day. Humans are silly.

That’s HILARIOUS! And yes, me too.

Thank you for the shoutout! I hope you have a wonderful week. I can’t believe it’s only the start of November and I’m already inundated by Christmas stuff…

I’m totally trying this. Sounds DELICIOUS! Though I may add some chocolate too…🤤🤤🤤

I kinda just threw it together but if I remember correctly I disolved 1/2 cup of sugar into 1/2 cup of milk on the stove, cooled it in the refrigerator, added 2 cups of canned coconut cream and a cup of mashed baby bananas. Then put it in the freezer for a bit before putting in the ice cream maker.

Thank you so much for including me, my dear friend! I hope you’re having a wonderful week, Judith. I’m grateful for the work you do and the friendship you share.

According to them, they don’t use inulin. Their list is as follows: house-made raw cashew milk, organic coconut cream, raw coconut oil, pure cocoa butter, and organic cane sugar. So you’re in luck! 💖

I wish they made that non-dairy. I tried it when I could eat dairy and YUM! And now I can’t eat it… 😭

Ok that’s fair. According to them, the ingredient list is: house-made raw cashew milk, organic coconut cream, raw coconut oil, pure cocoa butter, and organic cane sugar. So nothing artificial (although of course the fat level is high - to be expected since this is ice cream we’re discussing).

No problem! 💕💕💕

Oh yeah! When I drink “milk” I use almond. Almond Breeze has a decent Almond Nog out right now. I like it in my chai tea. Yummmmm!

That’s great! For a while, I could handle lactose free. Then at some point last year my body said, “Nope!” 🤣🤣🤣
