Freedom of speech is super essential and all that, but powerful media outlets shouldn’t be allowed to spread lies and propaganda that is deliberately designed to spread fear and hatred among society like this.

I guess I am missing the point then...my understanding is that individual taxpayers pay many thousands of dollars more per year for affordable Healthcare in addition to basic taxes.
