Yes. I didn't realize this until I saw the amount of tuition they pay at a local university.
Out-of-state full tuition.
Most cannot get a job unless they get authorization to work from the US government. Which makes it tough for some as they wait for funds from their country.

I will be curious if the California redistricting goes through now.
I know the DOJ is trying to stop it (but of course, they didn't try to stop the GOP-led ones). I think the DOJ's main goal now is to tie it up in court so that it doesn't go into effect in the 2026 election.

Wasn't Sept already "lost" per some weird sequence? So we don't get Sept, Oct, and probably no more reports until they are "favorable" to Trump.

Make it hard for an incoming administration to function by crippling various agencies. Trump tried to stop the peaceful process of transition in 2020 but had to cooperate per court orders. What stops them from destroying the systems? They defy the courts now.

JD Vance has Peter Thiel behind him, so yes, they will try and continue the control of the government at any cost, as long as they don't lose. If they lose control, they will burn it all down.
