In other news, who rocks at home maintenance?! This person! I changed the tub diverter all by myself and fixed the alarm system (with the alarm company).
I might have done the happiest of happy dances after the tub diverter!

Avo had, probably, her last dental. Vet took all but her incisors and lower canine teeth. We don't want to risk another anaesthesia due to her heart condition, so it was go big and then go home.
