this is really important and has been on my mind too. all I have come up with so far is to ask clients what they would prefer (if they would feel safer being deadnamed and misgendered in notes or not) including those who previously preferred documentation to be affirming

yeah! forget socks with cute animals on them because of the horrible threads on the inside, but morality def feels pretty black and white most of the time
