Sarah Kendzior said it best: America is a purple country. Purple, as in bruised, but purple nonetheless. I don’t care where you are. If you are in Mississippi or Alabama or Missouri, there are plenty of folks like us. Plenty of them. I live in a very red county in Georgia, there are plenty of us.
