Good job, @paulthornton.bsky.social. A lot to think about, unfortunately. Installing EV chargers in office parking lots seems to work well. Staff are more willing to come in when they can charge conveniently. HR tells it as a recruiting perk. And more staff switch to EVs in such a culture.
