Yes! Plus Disguised Toast is getting a team (my bf is a fan of his) and the French seem to have more homegrown control over Peps vs Eternal. So good things hopefully. It was nice to see Tazmom at OWCS. I’m not on Twitter, so relying on Fuel discord for news.

Went to my first Keep it Kaimuki and bought a tiny cactus from Live Long and Plant for my sister, some Sage Creamery Pikake Cloud jasmine tea ice cream for me, plus an anthurium hair stick from Kūle’a Kollective

Breakfast at Gohan. I enjoyed the salmon ikura ochazuke and the tonjiru soup. The tsukemono were really good.

The chickens here use the crosswalk. I think these are part of the 11 chick peep plus it looks like one of the older ones brought their chick.

There was a whole room just for bowls. You could pay extra to buy another bowl (my bf and I picked up a couple extra). Bf’s fave was the Pili Maui nui venison guisada. My second fave was prob the kisir māla from Istanbul. I really like the ones who try to use as many local ingredients possible.

Got to use my bowl for breakfast (ahi patty w/ furikake rice). Favorite bowl was luau stew from Nui Kealoha. They even had live demos. This is her first tea pot.

Over 7500 miles of travel, we have finally completed C&C: Operation Visit Bolo. Raised a glass or two to the Laughing God. We’ll be in Krakow for a few more days with our fave tinfoil GM.

My bf didn’t realize how large Central Park is and thought it would be cool to walk from the top (110th Street) to Times Square (42nd Street)…he regretted it around 102nd Street while walking through the pretty Conservatory Garden XD

Here at the Ado concert! Props to the staff. It’s a really well run operation. I got through the security/ticket line in less than 5 mins and another couple mins to get my merch.

Unlike the other mama hens, she didn’t really make an effort to chase off the other chickens from snacks. I even threw extra snacks in an opposite direction to give her some extra time…but the other chickens caught up pretty quick.
