Pretty sure this was the one I was rocking back in ~2000 (or something similar anyway)
A skin for the software WinAmp, the colour scheme is primarily different shades of red. The logo for the video game Resident Evil 2 sits, partially blocked, by the play head of the media player while the top right, behind other UI elements, is a close up of the zombie key art used as the PAL cover for the game.
