Here's a cute concrete toad sitting on a garden hose. I'm sure it has another name but I'm not a toad expert, and it does blend very well with the sidewalk.

I live in rural red Illinois. This is what I saw across the road from my house before the election. That's a Trump flag on the combine in case you can't make it out. I wonder if they'll still be fans next year.

When I moved, I dug up my Pink Dawn peony and divided it at my new place. The division flowered as a beautiful red sport! It's been true to color for 10 years. #gardening

This tiny frog surprised me when I was puttering around my zinnias this morning. It's the first closeup I've ever seen. He moved around during the day to follow the sun's rays.
