Personal Training is a business in dealing with individuals.

Individuals will require more or less teaching.

Individuals will be able to process more or less information.

And when teaching, the importance of environment cannot be overstated.

Meet the person where they are at and act accordingly.

- when the client doesn't have the capacity to learn
- when they've signed up to be told what to do, not to learn
- when education isn't appropriate. Education 3 minutes before a 1 rep max attempt isn't appropriate between sets of bicep curls may well be

Yes:

- whenever a teachable moment appears
- when you need to provide context and information to improve buy-in
- when someone has signed up specifically for education
- whenever a new methodology/movement/strategy is being implemented
- when the client is asking questions

3) it's ridiculous giving gen pop clients an unnecessary 20-30 minute warm up off the bat. Most people don't need it, and many will feel like it's not been designed specifically for them, harming trust and the coaching process.

2) by definition, hypermobile people are too mobile.

Wtf are you doing making them stretch for 20 minutes?

A good warm up for someone hypermobile involves helping them great stability and REDUCE range of motion, not push further into a syndrome involving too much flexibility

1) adhd means struggling with executive function.

Having a separate warm ups adds extra steps, decisions and fatigue.

It's just giving them things to skip and feel guilty about.
