Healthy Me Healthy Communities is a not-for-profit company committed to reducing health inequalities in local communities. We work closely with people in neighbourhoods to provide services that make a real difference in their lives.
Our new edible wall at Gorton Central is really coming to life! Many thanks to #FarmUrban for donating it & to our fab volunteers for looking after it.
It’s sparked loads of great chats about food & sustainability, and it's supplied our weekly Community Grocers with more fresh veg.
