I have now read 7 of the Booker Prize longlist and have another 2 I am working through. I will then be shifting to do ‘Shorty September’. These are my under 200 pp books I’ve chosen. Hope everybody is happy and reading 🥰.

Just finished reading this beautiful copy of ‘The Old Curiosity Shop’ which originally belonged to my paternal grandmother. What a joy. Dickens is funny - I had no idea! Duh

This is such a stunning memoir by Safiya Sinclair. Beautifully written. It has left me emotional and stunned. Highly recommend. 5 star read for sure. #booksky
